He has over 15 years of experience across various industries including IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, Services, and Education sectors. He has held various roles over these years, including IT Engineer, Industry Consultant, General Manager, Vice-President, and Managing Director. Mustafa also serves as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member with the Australian Computer Society. He has a strong interest in leadership, management, strategy, and soft skills development, working with organisations on business strategy development and skills development for staff. He also has a strong passion in helping students get into the competitive Australian job market and to see them thrive in their careers.
