Visit an AIHE campus

AIHE has centrally located campuses in Adelaide and Melbourne. Both campuses are open Monday to Friday and provide wheelchair access.

Enquiries are reviewed during AIHE’s normal campus business hours, Monday to Friday.

External support services

Independent support is available for people experiencing a personal crisis, financial hardship, debt or gambling-related concerns.

Crisis support services

Lifeline provides crisis support by telephone and online. For an immediate life-threatening emergency, call Triple Zero.

Financial and gambling support

Financial counselling and gambling-related assistance are available Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Critical incident response

Any staff member, student or visitor involved in, witnessing or becoming aware of a critical incident must immediately contact the General Manager. Where necessary, contact the relevant emergency service first and secure the area only when it is safe to do so. Injured students or staff must not be transported in private vehicles.
