Fatima Reyes is a strategic and values-driven executive with over 20 years of experience spanning higher education, government, and the corporate sector. Currently serving as CEO of the Adelaide Institute of Higher Education and concurrent Head of Advancement for the Adelaide Education Group, she leads transformation across an integrated education ecosystem comprising higher education, vocational education, and secondary schooling.

In her leadership roles, she oversees academic quality, regulatory compliance, brand strategy, governance, and operational performance. She drives institutional excellence and sustainability through collaboration, innovation, and integrity. With a BA in Political Science, Juris Doctor, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management, Fatima brings a multidisciplinary perspective to education leadership and enterprise growth.

Her achievements have been recognised through the 2025 Filipino-Australia Leadership Award by the Filipino Communities of Australia and the 2025 Achiever of the Year in Career by the Filipino Settlement Coordinating Council of South Australia.

Sanari Kumarasiri has over six years of experience in student lifecycle management, strategic planning, and policy development. She has a proven track record of improving recruitment outcomes and increasing sales through data-driven strategies. With deep knowledge of the Australian education system, Sanari excels in building networks with universities and industry partners. Core skills include admission management, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving. Sanari has held leadership roles such as Head of Student Recruitment and Business Development Manager, driving growth and partner engagement. She holds an MBA in International Business Management and a Bachelor's in Business Management, with numerous awards for outstanding performance and client satisfaction.

Kamal Subedi is a marketing professional with over seven years of experience in the higher education sector. He holds double master’s degrees in MBA and MPA, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration background.

Kamal’s expertise spans marketing strategy, data analytics, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, branding, market research, and marketing consulting. His diverse experience enables him to contribute effectively to the marketing function at Adelaide Institute of Higher Education.

In his role, Kamal supports business growth and institutional development through the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of marketing objectives, policies, and programs. He undertakes market research to identify opportunities for new and existing courses and services, analyses market trends, and develops marketing strategies that support AIHE’s growth objectives.

Kamal is experienced in advising on key elements of marketing, including service positioning, pricing considerations, advertising, sales promotion, digital marketing channels, and distribution strategies. He also contributes to the development of marketing campaigns, liaises with external vendors and agencies, and provides advice on SEO, social media marketing, website performance, and associated analytics.

Kamal is committed to supporting AIHE’s strategic goals by strengthening brand visibility, improving market engagement, and enhancing business growth outcomes through effective, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Amrith Thilan has over eight years of experience across finance, business operations, and the education sector. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Master of Business Analytics specialising in Artificial Intelligence for Business from La Trobe University, a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Wales, and a Bachelor of Business (Business Management and Marketing) from Edith Cowan University. Amrith is passionate about leveraging finance, business analytics, and technology to improve business processes, enhance organisational performance, and support strategic decision-making. 

MAIF (CPA), BBA (Hons), Dip (BM), Cert (HRM)

Shashini is a detail-oriented accounting professional with over two years of experience across banking and accounting, complemented by over three years in customer service. She holds a Master of Accounting and International Finance from Deakin University, Burwood, VIC, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She also has a Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. Shashini always makes it a point to deliver exceptional financial solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Ridma Pathirana holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Financial Management.

With experience across both higher education and the banking sector, Ridma brings a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a consistently professional approach to her role. She values accuracy, clear communication, and high standards of service, having previously worked in financial administration as well as student-facing roles. Ridma is passionate about supporting students throughout their academic journey and contributing to a positive, welcoming, and student-centred community at AIHE.

Marissa Bui has over 10 years experience in the education sector. She holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor of Arts double degree in Interpretation (English and Chinese Studies) from Hanoi University, a Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) from Adelaide Institute of Business and Technology, and a Certificate IV and Training and Assessment from Time Education and Training. Marissa is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) with University of South Australia. Before coming to Australia, Marissa worked in the education and health sectors in Vietnam and has worked on Ministry of Education national projects. As an international student herself, she understands the challenges students face during their studies and is dedicated to supporting them through AIHE's services.

Ashley Xu holds a Master of Computing and Innovation from the University of Adelaide and has over seven years of experience in student services and IT support within the education sector. She has a strong background in systems administration, user support, and student management platforms, and is experienced in supporting both academic staff and students across a range of systems. 

Sunnie Duong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master of Information Technology from the University of South Australia. With a strong foundation in business analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, she is particularly passionate about academic reporting and enhancing the student journey. Before joining AIHE, Sunnie worked for five years as a Financial Analyst, where she developed expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Nutnicha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business English and a Master’s degree in Disaster Management from the University of Auckland. Nutnicha has five years of experience in the NGO and education sectors, including teaching, student support, administration, and project management. As a former international student herself, Nutnicha has a strong understanding of the challenges and milestones that shape the international student journey. She is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every student feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their academic journey. 

Khushboo holds an MBA in HR and Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science. She began her career in print media as a journalist, developing strong skills in communication, research, and storytelling.

Since 2009, she has built extensive experience in the education sector across student services, career counselling, and campus operations. Passionate about supporting student success and institutional growth, she combines her background in media, management, and education to create meaningful impact, enhance learning environments, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Therese Ines Ruivivar has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master's in Information Technology, specialising in Enterprise Management from the University of South Australia. Therese’s strengths are in software testing, process optimisation, and system analysis - skills which she brings to her current role in the education sector. She is committed to offering support and guidance to ensure the success of students.

Raman Kaur has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of South Australia. She brings expertise in data handling, project coordination, and design thinking to her current role, enhancing administrative processes and student services. Passionate about working with diverse communities, Raman is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging experiences that help students feel supported and part of a vibrant learning community.

Ronan is a business operations and executive support professional. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in sports event management, delivering community-based and large-scale events across Southeast Asia. His work spans end-to-end planning, stakeholder coordination, and crisis management in high-pressure environments.

Ronan graduated with high distinction from Adelaide Institute of Higher Education and was awarded the Dr. Susan Lambert Student Leadership Award. He also received an Academic Excellence Award for his postgraduate diploma and graduated cum laude in his bachelor’s degree. During his time at AIHE, he served as a Student Representative to the Academic Board and was part of the Student Voice and the Student Ambassador Program.
